Hotel Partnership Hello all, ASC/NAS just signed an agreement with the Red Roof Inn. Apparently they just underwent renovations at all of their hotels, but are still offering very competitive pricing. At any Red Roof inn, whether you book via the internet or call, if you give them this discount code. It is called a Volume Plus number: 544995 you will get an additional 15% off of the room rate. So you can get any room including the King Business suite for less than 70.00. You can use the code for family and friends, but they will have to give that code. It does not matter if it is for a contest or not, they will not ask and there is not a minimum or maximum stay. Hopefully this will help save some moulah. For those of you competing in Orlando, there is a Red Roof Inn directly adjacent to the convention center (.6 miles) The address for the hotel in FL is Red Roof Inn orlando convention center (#200) I will TRY to locate a Red Roof in for each hotel where there is a contest if it helps. NAS Memberships Athletes, there have been MANY athletes that are up for renewal, or new athletes competing at competitions without renewing or purchasing a membership. Although, this is the responsibility of the promoter to check membership cards, it is also your responsiblity if you know you are up for renewal or otherwise. If your mmebership is not current at the time of the competition that you are competing in, and you do not renew or purchase a membership,it is as if you did not exist at the contest. Even if you won, and you are competing without a current membership, you do not qualify for nationals. If there are any questions, Willie or I can be contacted. Moderator Sarah Jamieson |
